Well it looks like DA is going to clear out its CD/DVD section of covers which violate the Copyright policy. I'm guessing this means some of my artwork might soon be taken down since it rides the copyright line pretty close. The covers would be fine if I didnt put the screengrabs from the DVDs on them because everything else is generated of resources used from DA. I appreciate this site and all it offers and dont want to violate its policies, so from no on Ill post blank squares where the screenshots would be.

Well I havent had a good start here. My tutorial post has been banned and so i'm guessing my cover wont be far behind. Im guessing its some sort of copyright issue. Most of my REM covers use photos with permission of the photographer but I realise that there if you take a photo of someone you cant just use it or sell it. The video is audience shots and its for murmurs which share non-commercail material with permission of the REM management so I'm not really sure were I went wrong. Hey Everyone I run a site called www.remcoverstudio.com, I provide covers to bootleg REM DVDs and audio recordings free to the REM community. REM has a deal with the Fansite www.murmurs.com that lets us share non-commercial tracks. deviantART is an amazing place to pick up resources for my designs, there are some amazing textures and photoshop brushes here produced by some incredibly amazing people. I often find people dont respond to requests for non DA use which is depressing, I try and credit people as much as I can for any resources I use. Sibko
